Trengove wins final night for 2024 at El Paso
Nine cars made the trip to El Paso County Raceway for the final race night of 2024. It was all open wheel night, so sprints,midgets and Micros also raced.
Heats were won by #2B BJ Sauer and #5 Tyler Trengove.
The feature was a good one, #12 Zach Downey took the lead with Josh Flood, Troy Ullery , Tyler Trengove and BJ Sauer in hot pursuit. Flood tried a pass that was unsuccessful wheel hopping the leader and going for a ride down the fromtstrech inside wall. He was ok, but the car was not. When the dust settled, Donwy took the checkered for the win followed by #5 Trengove, #2 Ullery, #21B Sauer and #31 Steve Becker.
Well, then the top five went to tech and the #12 and #2 were light at the scales, sending the win to #5 Trengove.

It was a great 12 race season with six winners (7 counting Downey). Lots of good times had and great racing.

Woods wins her first this year at El Paso
Ten RMLSA teams made the trip to El Paso County Raceway in Calhan, CO on a beautiful autumn day.
Heat races were won by #2 Troy Ullery and #82 Jenn Woods.
The feature was one of the best of the season with battles all over the place.
The #82 took the lead and led for several laps with #2 Ullery trying everything he could to get around her. On lap 14 Ullery made he pass for the lead, but Woods took it back shortly after, and led to the finish. Behind them #5, series points leader Tyler Trengove was battling with #7 Josh Flood with #21B Bj Sauer right on their tails. In the end Sauer got by Flood to finish 4th, with Trengove rounding out the podium in 3rd.

Flood wins again at I76
Nine RMLSA teams made the trip to I76 speedway for the final race night at this awesome track.
Heat races were won by #13 Josiah King and #82 Jenn Woods.
The feature was a good one, but #7 Josh Flood took the lead early and won again in his FRC Honda powered #7.
